Voliswain. wrong champ purchased after patch.

So I bought Volibear the other night before the server shut down for the new 6.9 patch. A couple hours later, i log in to find that was purchased instead of Voli. I am 100% sure that I clicked on Voli since I searched him up in the shop. Is there any way I can get my 4800 ip back? cause I've been playing for the past week or two just to get that much ip..
