I have trouble getting Relic
Shield to proc on Thresh's 
auto attacks... maybe its something i do or maybe this is an actual issue, like if i dont do enough dmge to kill the minion the extra dmge from relic doesn't come with.. so basically the minion has to be at 50 health or below :(.. Maybe the Flay passive conflicts with it..?
Thresh does not execute, he has to legitimately last hit them to proc the charge
Thresh's auto attacks are considered to be ranged attacks due to their long range. (You can see for yourself by buying a 
, the passive bolts will work)
Due to his autos being ranged, the relic shield execute does not work on him, so you must last hit them legitimately(his flay passive helps).

The execute portion of Spoils of War (the targon's effect) only procs on melee autoattacks.
Omg thank you all... I never realized they made relic proc on melee hits only.... I figure cuz thresh is probably the only ranged (tank-class) champion
Thresh has ranged autoattacks.
The execute only applies on melee autoattacks.
Gold is shared if you kill a minion through any source.
PS. stop buying relic on thresh. Everytime i have a thresh on my team I can't trust him to proc anything. Everytime they spam ping a cannon minion, they miss it even with the flay passive. All goes downhill from there cause i stop trusting him and last hit it myself, while he spams skills at it.
