CLIENT - "Sign up | League of Legends download page" - NOT FUNCTIONING.

To whom this may concern,

The league of legends sign up and download webpage is not functioning right now, both myself and my room mate need access to the installation file for league to fix another separate bug we are experiencing from this one here.

The separate problem that lead to finding the website issue:

I am currently having a problem with my league client(s). Let me begin by noting all three computers operating within my house all received this exact same bug at the exact same time; this leads me to believe that a recent patch or update had to have caused this issue.

When trying to log into our league of legends accounts the client says in red above our login information, "We're unable to log you in because you may be offline."

Clearly we are not offline, because we can access the internet. But none the less I thought I should report both bugs.

Side Note: If the download page is functioning for everyone else, please inform me. That way I can re-direct my thoughts on the issue towards my firewall or security settings... etc.
