[client] client visuals covered in black overlay

Since updating to the new client, it happens randomly, but usually after my first game. the client will have random areas that are covered in black, that prevent me from seeing things from buttons, to the entire champ select screen. I have reinstalled league, i have ran the full repair through the client and nothing.
