In one of my ARAM game as Lulu, I was stunned by Morgana's ult during Zhonya. I used Zhonya before Morgana's ult is over, and before my Zhonya is over, I was stunned and damaged. it was pretty obvious, cuz there was a stunned sign above my head

This is not actually a bug.

Zhonya's Hourglass reads:

UNIQUE Active - Stasis: Champion becomes invulnerable and untargetable for 2.5 seconds, but is unable to move, attack, cast spells, or use items during this time (90 second cooldown).

Soul Shackles (Morg Ult) reads:

Dark chains latch onto nearby enemy Champions dealing 150/225/300 (+70% Ability Power) magic damage and slowing them by 20% for 3 seconds. After 3 seconds, they are dealt an additional 150/225/300 (+70% Ability Power) magic damage and are stunned for 1.5 seconds.Enemy Champions can break the chains by moving away from Morgana.

So in summary:

Soul Shackles finds targets on the initial cast of the ability, which is prior to when you indicated that you activated Zhonya's. This effectively negates the untargetable aspect of the Stasis effect.
If you activate Zhonya's within the first 0.5 seconds of the initial cast of Soul Shackles then the Stasis effect will end prior to the second instance of damage and the stun from Soul Shackles.
If you activate Zhonya's after 0.5 seconds from the initial cast of Soul Shackles then you will not take the secondary damage from Soul Shackles thanks to the invulnerable effect of Stasis. You may, however be stunned for some duration after leaving Stasis dependent on when exactly you activated Zhonya's during Soul Shackles.
If you activate Zhonya's after 2 seconds from the initial cast of Soul Shackles then the Stasis period will effectively cover the entirety of the stun from the second instance of Soul Shackles.
