Unable to Rejoin Game in Progress

I've just discovered a rather problematic bug regarding the client.

I was playing an ARAM and my computer went and blue-screened on me, when I went to log back in, I am met with the above screenshot of my league client and unable to rejoin the ongoing game. No idea what the issue is, but I had recently finished some Clash matches and jumped into an ARAM after. Any ideas as to what caused this? No bugsplat appeared btw, I just straight blue-screened and reset my comp in the middle of an ARAM match.
