Lux E/ Thunderlords Decree

Hi there riot, ive been playing against lux and this thing has captured my attention.

If lux uses E and hits her enemy, her folowing auto attack will proc the Thunderlords Decree mastery. This is a bug cause its only her SECOND attack on an enemy. (I knowthis is short, but I think I explained it well enough). Go ahead and test it, just E someone with lux, then auto attack.
