[CLIENT] Layout of postgame screen is messed up and then [CRASH]

This was the layout of my postgame screen after my last match. This is a frequent occurrence and when I tried to report Ekko (Int feeding and afk in base with no dc) the client froze and crashed altogether. This has happened in post game, champ select, you name it. Why has this not been fixed it has been over a month since I noticed this happening.
