LOL Bugsplat: Whoops! Something Broke HELP!!!

I get the pop up of 'Whoops something broke: a problem has been encountered, the program need to close' in middle of every game I played these days. I can still reconnect back to the game however it is a bad interruption and experience for playing. Hope anyone could help me!!!!!
