Lux E Bug [GAMEPLAY]

I was playing ranked and well I threw out an E to which should have display the circle bubble then wait for it to pop and or pop it early myself by activating the E once again, this however wasn't the case, Once it was out it disapeared , did no damage and didn't go on cool down but wasn't also able to cast the ability again for the rest of game. I have no idea how to recreat this bug but i can say that dragon was killed almost the same time it was out. Could have just been a one time thing but figured i'd report it anyways.
