[GAMEPLAY] Two champions teleporting to the same minion causes later teleport to fail and cooldown

I managed to recreate this regularly in current and previous version (When I noticed this)

Have one champion teleport to minion
Have second champion teleport to the same minion while first champion is still channeling/casting

Result - Second champion will not arrive at minion and teleport will go on cooldown.

I hit this again recently. It also happens when teleporting to wards, not just minions.

The animation will only play once when they overlap, making it look like the second person isn't going in. Are you sure you didn't see the first and only Teleport animation end and since you still hadn't gotten there, you clicked it again (which will cancel the second teleport that in reality is still happening)?

I've specifically had trouble teleporting to other minions that teleport.
