The current Ranked Queue Bug

So this bug is account based, It must be a server bug, so who ever was queued up at that time got it specifically. I just logged onto my other level 30 on the same computer and was able to create a ranked lobby, and queue up just fine.

And its been at least an hour and Riot has yet to address it
