Zac bug?

Zac has a bug where when he e to jump on an enemy i think it mostly happens from the fog of war but you well not see the full jump animation all you see is nothing till the last half second and you see him run at you at a million pixels a second and hes right on top of you now this isnt such a big deal and i dont have the highest elo but a half a second to react to something im pretty sure means alot in the higher elo so it does create a small unfair advantage for those players when the zac knows what hes doing but i asked a zac main he says its a meme and supposed to be like that so idk riot might of just put it in there on purpose but if anyone has any insight on why its like this please let me know thank you.

I'm pretty sure a shadow appears on the ground where he's going to land even if he casts it from the fog. If there's a Zac in the game that's the cue you should watch for.
