My friend said he ran into it too. I play mainly Gragas and this never happened before. So it must be from this patch.

Just played a game as gragas and rank 5 barrel was broken for me as well. was good all game until rank 5 when it said 0 cost and 0 sec cooldown.

WOW I WAS THINKING of spending lots of money on gragas but not anymore. (kinding who would spend money on a bugged game that get more bug every patches. ) I'm glad its free that way it can be shitty.
