[Client] Crash after locking champion

Playing in the new ranked queue, picked and locked in Vayne, right when opposing team member had a chance to pick (default pick was Thresh), the client froze. No black or white screen, looked normal except everything was frozen. I wasn't able to get back in to trade with my adc, so we had to play a match with the wrong Masteries and whatnot and it lost us the match. This has only happened once so far, but I will keep updating this post if further instances occur.

Also, do i throw a support ticket in to hopefully get my lp back and what not? Or am I just screwed? Everyone was freaking out and saying they were reporting me for not trading.
