[GAMEPLAY] Tahm Kench on Lux Ultimate interaction

During a recent normals match with friends, our mid-lane (Lux) began to cast her Ultimate on a low health enemy. At the same time our support (Tahm Kench) used Devour on allied Lux during her windup. The Lux Ultimate completed and was dead center on the low health enemy, however it did not deal any damage and went on cooldown. The chances of this happening often is low, but could ultimately decide the outcome of a game.

1. Have Lux use her Ultimate toward an enemy
2. During the Lux Ultimate windup, have an allied Tahm Kench use Devour on Lux
3. Watch the health of targeted enemy
4. No damage is dealt and the Lux ultimate goes on cooldown
