[GAMEPLAY] Azir can't attack Inhib if Soldier is near

Basically when placing a Soldier in the next proximity of an enemy Inhib Azir cannot auto the Inhib. Instead his commands his Soldier to attack without any effect (no dmg on Inhib). Azir does the animation correctly his soldiers do not do anything. To sum it up, Azir cant damage the Inhib when he places any Soldier next to it.

1. Use "W" next to open enemy Inhib
2. Try to autoattack the Inhib

This occurred to me on the 9th of February and i tried this 5 times. 4 out of 5 times this happened. I can't provide any video evidence since i am unable to screen capture without any massive FPS drops which would make the video useless.
