Darius Ultimate Bug

Yesterday while playing Darius I auto attacked Blitzcrank once before killing him with my ultimate. However, my ultimate did not get the 20 second re-cast as it should before level 3. Perhaps it only looked like I killed him with my ultimate and a bleed tick happened afterwards. Just wanted to let it be know there might be a bug with Darius' ultimate.
