Warwick Blood Hunt Bug

I know the video isn't the best. It was just to show off the bug so i jumped in a bot game and forgot that you couldn't highlight bot games. After what i have experienced it happens when Blood Hunt is activated while in combat or if you are in combat and then decide to follow the blood trail.
