[CRASH]

My game will crash every few games or so and cause me to restart my computer and i will get ban for being (afk ) even when i get into the game again . which has been happening for months. A message pops up that says (CRITICAL ERROR HAS BEEN OCCUR THE PROCESS MUST BE TERMINATED ) . I looked up the issue and it seems other people are experiencing this same problem, I already tried uninstalling my antivirus, which didn't seem to have any effect, If I could get a solution to this problem, I would greatly appreciate it.
