Higest season rank doesnt update

It doesn't update if you received an S while unable to get rewards due to getting in trouble, IE: Chat restriction, suspension, etc.
Nothing of that sort, got the chest reward for that game. Actually I had it happen on multiple accounts.
I have the border for the chest, I posted screenshots but it didn't show up.... updated now to another host.
Have to correct myself, it doesn't update at all for me.
