Rengar walks away from targets or just stands still

occasionally I'd have rengar not jump to targets or just walk right past them, both when ulting/ulted or just chasing someone or jumping to a minion. I would press q to jump on a junlge creep for example and I would end up walking past it and I know i pressed the buttons and stuff because my w would go off. Another example is I'd ult to go in someone and I'd walk up to them but just stand still or jump to them and and then walk away. in those instances my q and e didn't go off. I also had a moment where I ulted but it wasn't responding to my attack commands and he was just standing in the brush and then 2-3 seconds later he would finally jump in or not at all.
