my map is glitched

i was in a game of league of legends solo-duo ranked game, and i raged (i cant help it) becouse i died in a weird way. so i hit my keyboard and now i cant see when i am clicking on the map. i can ping on the map. but i cant fast-travel with it. i think its becouse i clicked the wrong button but i dont know how to set it back. can someone help me?
