Exhaust cool down timer is wrong

in the last game I played I was support blitz crank with exhaust when I realised that the exhaust text says that exhaust has a 210 second cool down but when I was using the ability it had a 310 second cool down weather its a mistake on the text or a bug with the cool down timer I'm not sure
