[GAMEPLAY] Dr.Mundo E is Bugged

You know how Mundo's E is suppose to have the % health bonus damage hit once, well the E is bugged so it's hitting enemies for the % health damage every time you auto-attack and consuming health as well for each attack, you can tell by the fact he keeps head butting everyone but towers.
