Patch: 5.17 Was playing co-op, went Diana jungle, tried Devourer for the lulz. Applied Diana's passive every 2nd autoattack, all gucci.
Later in the game I bought Sheen and my passive procced as if I didn't have Sated Devourer, only proccing on every 3rd autoattack.
incrypted1 votesOkay, tested again today, it seems like it's not Sheen-related, but rather that Sated Devourer doesn't proc Phantom attack against structures, which is weird, because Diana's passive works against structures.

Stray Kat1 votesAs a Sated Diana main.. I can safely say this would be broken. It's bad enough once I get 400 AP with Sated/Nashors AS boosts, I feel like a nasus taking down turrets with that huge hit every third hit. If it happened every other hit it would just be silly, considering I can already take turrets by facetanking them with W if they're half health.
Would be fun to play, but would be ridiculously overpowered.
Stray Kat1 votesAlso, remember, with Sated Devourer/Nashors/(If applicable)Wits end on Diana, you have a lot of AS(1.5 APS or better), so buying a Sorcery Elixir before you try to take a turret can really help, with it's 25 true damage to turrets each hit. Also gives a little extra AP to help your passive do even more damage to the turret when it procs.
