Dynamic Queue Freezes

Hello. While I have been playing my ranked matches, I've been constantly freezing in queue, causing me to loose lp and get a penalty. I really think this is unjust, because while it freezes, I can still communicate with my team and it's really aggravating. I've noticed that this only in dynamic queue, but its brought my lp from 36 lp to -13. It really brings me down and ruins my league experience, and I am scared to start playing another ranked game because of this bug. Please help.
