Random Attempting to Reconect bug that wont stop till you reset the whole League launcher

Okay I've had this bug happen 2x now today at the worst times playing as Malzahar for some reason this bug will only occour with him never encountered it with anyone else yet. The bug happens like this im on ranked playing in mid with malzahr throwing a malefic vision down and then It goes to "Attempting to reconect" I check to make sure Im not disconected from my internet by opening up a webpage and it opens ip immediatly so Im not lagging. I wait 7 to 8 mins hoping for it to reconnect on a ranked game finally I get pissed and close the Launcher and relaunch and suddenly its back to normal. Now wth is going on is it the server having a bug with Malzahar or the server acting up.
