Help a noob getting back the ability to go to loading screen

So every time i have picked my champ and we should turn to loading screen, im not turning to loading screen. it says "game crashed" and i get the option to reconnect, i press the botton and it crashes again. i have tried to reconnect several times but i still crash. I know it is not a good thing to do but i tried to turn off my firewall to see what happened. The game still crashed... so it is not the firewall, what can it be then?
