Technical problems with abilities

So i've been playing League for over a year now and ive run into a problem around when patch 4.10 went live. Sometimes, My abilities wont work at all. id press the button for an ability like q, and nothing would happen. i wouldnt get "cant cast at this time" or anything, just nothing. usually, if i dc and reconnect, it would fix itself. But recently, that would work for a couple days and then it would come back. but when it returns, id have to re-install the game to fix it. it isn't my keyboard, i know that for a fact. i can still hit enter to type in chat. i can still search in the store. i tried changing the buttons my abilities were binded to but that doesn't work. Id have to manually hit the abilities on the bottom of the screen to use them. I have uninstalled and re installed league about 5 times since then, 2 times being in the last week. the smaller version where i can dc and fix it has happened exponentially more times. does anyone have any solutions to this problem?
