[Game Does NOT WORK]

So after i downloaded patch 5.14 every time i log onto my account to play league in it doesnt let me click on anything in the home page and then freezes about 5 seconds later. I have logged onto different accounts of mine and still the same things happen.(PBE also) I have tried the same account multiple times, re-downloaded league, ran as ADMIN, and switched my compatibility. Nothing is working for me and i really need help please someone help me ASAP!
