Loading screen crashes every time

My game client keeps crashing while in loading screen. It goes up to 40% then stays this way for a while, then it goes up to 60% and stays like this for a while (again) and then it goes to 100% and stays this way for a very very long time. Meanwhile the game has already started and my team has to Remake each time. This has been happening to me a lot lately and I've seen a lot of posts talk about this issue but no Riot employee is addressing this... why are you guys not addressing this issue?! What are you hiding?! I've pretty much tried everything but it still happens so what am I supposed to do Riot? Am I not allowed to play your game normally anymore or what? Anyways I'm really pissed obviously and wish I could go back to playing this game normally...

P.S. If anyone had this problem and found a way to fix it, can you please let me know how? k... thanks... bye!
