[GamePlay] Queen of Diamonds Syndra Bug, Cursor switches to target cursor and doesn't switch back

My friend recently bought me a queen of diamonds skin for syndra. I had no problems with her before the skin except when having it on. When casting Q and W, The cursor randomly switches to the target cursor and doesn't switch back. I haven't pressed or held any other key and is impossible to switch it back to the regular position cursor. This target cursor prevent me from signaling my teammates, toggling off the screen lock to look around the map, and occasionally prevents me from casting my spells or moving. Its annoying and was wondering if anyone else had the same problem. Ive added some pictures to show how the cursor looks like . I haven't encountered this problem with other champions as well. Please reply if there is any fix with this.
