@Riot something that really irks me about the honor screen

Can you please add a small delay before you can honor someone, after the honor screen shows up?

You pretty much bait me, by showing my friend list (often times someone pm's me and I want to see what that's about) and then swapping to the honor screen, to honor the right most player on the screen. I've honored very toxic people because of that.

Please fix.
