Client window size problems [CLIENT]

I've come across a problem with the client window size. When I start the client the window size is huge, only a small portion of the client fitting in my screen. If i use [ctrl] + [-] keys to resize the window it now fits on the screen but the bottom of the client is now cut off. Screenshots below:

Unable to start a game as the start match button is now missing. (This problem has happened before and I had to uninstall/reinstall as initiating a full repair didn't fix the problem)
