Bug with Warwick's Q

Pretty simple, I've recently restarted playing WW again and have in the last few games I've noticed that once I ult a target, I can't click on them to use Hungering strike IF I press Q while the channel is active. Now I know you can't do anything while the suppress is active, however, if I get ahead of myself and line up the Q anyway, I become unable to use the ability at all once the suppress is over. I can just pay careful attention to my button mashing, but this clearly seems to be a bug.

Sequence;

-Ult target -Press Q -Attempt to click same target (Q doesn't activate, as intended) -Ult finishes channeling -WW remains unable to Q target
