Draven bug

I was playing a game of league today, the first since a patch. My computer runs league perfect ~280 frames and 60-70 ms ping. I never have any issues. I was playing as Draven today. When I would watch battles and gameplay that I wasn't involved in, the game would be playing seemlessly. And up until I got FB on Ezreal, the gameplay was seemless for me as well. When I got FB League freaked out and kicked me out of the game and I wasn't able to click on anything on my screen, even in windows. So I restarted my computer. Reopened League thinking everything would be perfect again. I was very wrong. League would only look and feel seemless watching other battles, but as soon as I started throwing axes with Draven it wouldn't show any spell animations or gold animations from last hits until about .5 seconds later. This made it almost impossible to dodge spells, catch my axes, or do much of anything. This persisted no matter how many times I restarted League of Legends. I am currently playing a game of ARAM as Lucian and don't seem to be having any issues.
