[loading into the game] Sometimes when I load into the game it's bugged

When I load in the timer on the top right says 0:00 but minions are already on lane and others are already laning. If i try to get to my lane my champion stutters back and forth untill I reconnect and by that time the game is over.

It loads me in automatically so it even prevents my teammates from remaking. It has so far happened about 3 or 4 times, I have no clue what causes it.
