Tahm Kench can't devour Lissandra tested.

I was team ranking with my cousins before the season ends and I can't seem to use my W as Tahm Kench on Lissandra who was an ally. I tried it every time I died and if the Lissandra died. Maybe a bug just for that game. But it seem to constantly do it.
