highlander bug

i played an aram recently and theres a major bug on master yi that severly affects gameplay the passive part of highlander is bugged and dosnt work 90% of the time only 2 kills throughout the entire game reduced the cooldown of it no assists did dead or alive please look into it if its a text error and its working as intended please update the text on the passive
