Hextech Crafting Packs bug

Hi, It has been a week now that I can't buy Hextech chests & Keys packs (Premium and normal) in PBE, and I rly wanna know why ? and do other people have the same issue ? Just to be more clear, it's possible for me to buy chests and keys separately, but when I want to buy the 10 or 5 premium or normal Hextech Chests & Keys all I got is a grey buttin with the price on it.
