The Spellthief's Edge Quest is bugged. Once you earn the required 650 gold, it plays a little animation over your Spellthief item (whatever you've upgraded it to by then), but the passive "Tribute" does not change to "Queen's Tribute" and no bonus gold is earned from poking champs or towers. You do gain the movement speed buff after using the Active though so at least that works.

Still have to find the way to activate the queen's tribute buff after it's been achieved once you work your way to "Eye of the Watchers". The buff is still listed for the Eye - but can't be activated.

SAME problem kind of annoying having to waste time on building it expecting it to activate but never did....
