Loading screen bug

I was on the loading screen all of my teammates including me we were 100%.But from the enemy team there was a jinx who has 20% stuck.I was waiting like 10-15 minutes i checked my internet connection but everything was fine.Being curious i decised to close lol and start the game again.After that i realized that i could reconnect and when i did the game was already started for like 15 minutes.I was so angry because it was a ranked game,all of my teammates flamed on me and i got reported for leaving game/afk for something that is not my wrong.Now i am forced to wait 20 minutes for my next game 5 games.I would like to review my report and cause i don't think i deserve this 20 minutes lower queue.
