Error Code 5c cannot access play button client or Riot support

Hey guys! My League of Legends client is working but cannot access the play button as i get this error. "We're having trouble talking to some League servers. If this problem persists, please reach out to Player Support with error code: 5c.

I also cannot access the support page and a cloud flare captcha comes up every time i try access the page and wherever i complete it the page still doesn't load. If anyone knows how i can fix this problem i will be forever greatful!
