i think i found hacker files

while playing LOL i noticed that my computer install a program ive never heard of and ever since then my game crashes randomly it weird norton says its safe and everything but i think its a program hackers use to make play drop ramdomly ive also added a screenie i also understand hackers are elusive and are difficult to prove are doing it but i kno im not the only one going through this
