Gragas Barel Rol Bug

it only happened once but i dont know if it might happen later.. at first i could use barel rol but after a while i couldn't use it anymore drunken rage body slam and my ult summoner spells trinket items everything worked fine it only happened in a match i couldnt use it i reloged and still didnt work.. when the match was over and i played more games using gragas nothing happened but maybe it could happen again in the future ive been using gragas for around 3 days now and this was the only time it happened.
