Missing display setting

Hi! I can't find the video setting to set the display to 1366 x 768. I'm pretty sure it was there before the latest update. Did you guys remove it? I'm uncomfortable playing on 1280 x 720. Thanks!

BTW, I upgraded to Windows 10, if that means anything.
