[GAMEPLAY] Kayn's Ult On Instant CD

So I was just playing this game where I was fighting Riven. I did my standard combos (which is W > Q > R) But when I ulted, It did nothing and I thought I misclicked so Attempted again. Couldn't attempt to ult because It went on Cooldown. So I had "Used" my ult with not damage or healing being given received. I don't know how to replicate the bug at all. Im currently in practice match trying to do so will post a comment when I find it. Figured I'd just post it here just so people at Riot know that it is here.

I can't find a problem in the Prac Tools. So my logical thinking is that its an interaction with Kayn and Riven only. And the only thing I can think of that could have possibly done this is if Riven Stuns and Kayn Ult's at the same time. Thats the only way I can think of this happening.

If you go to your match history you can download and watch the game again. Find that part and record it, I want to watch it.
