Ranked is bugging again... gj Riot

When i tried to ban the game frozed (pls no frozen jokes) and then i returned to the queue I couldn`t pick a lane . I restarted the game and I was 20000 waiting 3 minutes.when the timer got to 0 i was logging on and that like to this moment. P.S. Riot can you stop doing patches so fast and repair the game :3.
