I can't move my champion.

For some reason, i was not able to move around at all. However, i am still able to cast my abilities and was still able to buy stuff but just cant move. At first i thought that it was the laptops problem but it wasn't. I noticed that this was the only this account that i couldn't move around with when i logged in to my other account. I think this started happening when the new patch just came out (patch 7.4). PLEASE fix this as soon as you can because i want to be able to my play original account.
